What it brought
Salesforce disables View All, Modify All, edit and delete object permissions for guest users in existing orgs. Privacy Center and the Consent Event Stream arrive for managing retention and consent. Legacy transaction security reaches end of life, now that the enhanced policy framework covers any object. Einstein Recommendation Builder is in beta for admins to match records from one object to another as recommendations, and Voice moves beyond service into Sales Cloud. Data Processing Engine starts a pilot for transforming data across objects. Skype and Cisco Webex integrations are retired, and Aura ui-namespace components are deprecated.
