What it brought
Salesforce Knowledge arrived in Winter '10 for Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Editions, with article types, an Article Management tab and data category groups. Developers got the Bulk API for asynchronous inserts, updates and upserts of large record volumes, API version 17.0 and custom settings for configuration data, and batch Apex moved from limited release to general availability. The platform and Service Cloud carry most of the 107 notes. Change sets entered beta with deployment connections for moving metadata between orgs, the Apex scheduler was in limited release and lookup filters were in beta. A critical update changed how campaign members are created.
