What it brought
Salesforce Einstein appears as AI built into the platform, and 17 notes carry AI features: predictive lead scoring, opportunity and account insights, Einstein Data Discovery, and a Predictive Vision Service pilot for image recognition. After two releases of warnings, Desktop CTI reaches end of life and stops working. External Services is in beta for calling an external API from a flow via its schema, and Bulk API 2.0 is in pilot. The console, Knowledge and Sales Console all appear as Lightning betas.
