What it brought
Einstein Bots are generally available, so service teams can deflect routine chats. Einstein Prediction Builder is in beta for admins to build custom predictions without code, and Einstein Next Best Action starts a pilot that recommends actions and offers through strategies. External Services is out of beta: a flow can call an outside API described by its schema. Omni-Channel skills-based routing is GA, and Lightning Guided Engagement puts flows in front of console agents. Salesforce Files Sync and Chatter Desktop retire, and Flash is slated to disappear by Spring '19.
