What it brought

Spring '24 is the first release built around a generative AI assistant: Einstein Copilot, a conversational assistant inside CRM, extensible with custom actions and customisable, testable and debuggable in one place. Prompt Builder went GA a single release after its pilot, so admins can embed generative AI directly in everyday records. Einstein Studio in Data Cloud lets teams build predictive models with clicks instead of code. AI now accounts for 96 of 969 notes. Salesforce Functions, generally available only two years earlier, is now set to retire on January 31, 2025.
