What it brought
Community managers got the Community Engagement Console in Summer '14, one place to watch dashboards on groups, members and feed activity. Communities and Salesforce1 are the main themes across its 289 notes, and Community Templates for Self-Service shipped in beta for standing up a branded support community quickly. Salesforce Files Sync reached general availability, so users could sync files between their devices and Salesforce. Chatter Questions entered beta, and action links, which put a URL to an API, page or file on a post, were a pilot limited to the Salesforce1 mobile browser app. Forecasts 1.0 was retired as announced.
