What it brought

Salesforce DX is generally available, with the Salesforce CLI and an open-source Visual Studio Code extension pack, and second-generation packaging moves to beta. API version 41.0 adds the User Interface API for building custom apps from Salesforce metadata and layouts, and Bulk API 2.0 is GA. Einstein Language is in beta with intent and sentiment APIs for text. Change Data Capture starts a pilot for streaming record changes to external systems. Quip documents and Salesforce IoT Explorer Edition also appear, and Cloud Scheduler has finished its phased retirement.
