What it brought
Flow Orchestrator is in pilot as a way to combine several flows into one multi-step, multi-user process. Salesforce announces that multi-factor authentication will become a requirement for all customers. MuleSoft Composer for Salesforce ships so admins can build integrations without code, and Salesforce Functions is in beta for running elastic compute next to the org. B2B2C Commerce is generally available on a unified commerce data model, and Identity gets Customer Identity Plus, built with Auth0. Restriction rules are in beta for limiting which records users see. Original Territory Management is finally retired.
