What it brought
Salesforce Order Management is generally available for managing fulfilment, payment capture and invoicing through flows. The release also carries 47 release-update notes, nearly half of them on security, and tightens guest user sharing and object permissions. Sustainability Cloud ships for carbon footprint reporting. Permission set groups go GA, so admins can assign one bundle instead of many permission sets, and Salesforce Data Mask anonymises sandbox data. Lightning Message Service moves to beta for communication between Visualforce, Aura and Lightning web components. Lightning Experience is switched on from January 7, and Salesforce for Outlook retires in December 2020.
