What it brought

Flow screens can now host custom Lightning components, so a flow can look and behave however you build it, and local actions are in pilot for calling JavaScript directly. Salesforce Surveys is generally available for collecting feedback without a third-party form tool. Lightning Experience gains themes and personalised navigation, and Einstein Language goes GA for intent and sentiment analysis over text. Unlocked packages are in beta as a way to organise org metadata. For privacy, data privacy records live on the Individual object. Chatter Messenger retires in March 2018.
