What it brought
Flow Builder replaces Cloud Flow Designer with a faster interface, and flows gain Apex-defined data types for handling complex web service responses. The Flash-based Process Visualizer and the Swing flow UI are retired. Real-Time Event Monitoring is in beta for streaming and storing event data with transaction security policies. Salesforce CMS grows out of CMS for Community Cloud as a beta, and in-app guidance lets admins put prompts in front of users without code. Release updates are unusually numerous, among them a TLS 1.2 requirement for community and site connections.
