What it brought
Service Cloud Voice puts telephony directly inside the service console, with Amazon Connect behind it. For the pandemic, Work.com's Workplace Command Center, Emergency Response Management and Contact Outreach arrive for tracking return-to-work readiness and contact tracing. B2B Commerce on Lightning ships for building self-service stores. Lightning Message Service reaches GA for talking across Visualforce, Aura and Lightning web components, and Dynamic Forms appears as a non-GA preview for breaking record details into configurable sections. Customizable Forecasting is retired, and the Einstein Voice Assistant beta is scheduled to shut down in July.
