What it brought

Field Service Lightning is new: a scheduling and dispatch hub built on a new Work Orders object, which tracks work performed on a customer's product. Salesforce also starts disabling TLS 1.0 in phases, taking Connect for Office, standard Mail Merge and Salesforce for Outlook on Vista with it. On security, Transaction Security Policies intercept real-time events and apply actions or notifications, and Health Check gives admins a scored dashboard of session, password and network settings. Developers get Lightning Out in beta for running Lightning components apps outside Salesforce.
